Well done ! at least your managing to stick to your plan near enough.
I've just about been keeping par with previous runs despite extra few pounds.
But when you get to your 30 minutes running soon and into next year and look back like me you will think as I do now "Hell I'm worried about keeping my current pace after a mince pie overload. But compared to the Lethargic couch potato I was last year don't beat yourself up"
Anyway got a new years day park run to look forward to ! I wouldn't of dreamed of that last year !
