That week seemed to go quickly. I tried to go out as early as I could which turned out to be 8:15 which to me is early, to some on here it's nearly lunch time
I have been playing around with Shealth on my phone and started that up as I begain the running phase and it tells me I covered 3.9km at an average of 6'44 per kilometer, that seems OK. I tried to go a bit quicker on the last minute again and the graph on the app shows a little peek to prove I wasn't kidding myself.
I happy with my runs this week and I'm actually looking forward to week 8.

It's funny I want to run again tomorrow, I never thought about running until I got on to week 7, now I want to get on with it. To think at the start of week 7 I had to force myself to do it.
I know what you mean! My W7R3 is later today and (fingers crossed ) I'll be counting down to Tuesday and the start of W8. We're almost there!!! Good luck! ☺
