That week seemed to go quickly. I tried to go out as early as I could which turned out to be 8:15 which to me is early, to some on here it's nearly lunch time
I have been playing around with Shealth on my phone and started that up as I begain the running phase and it tells me I covered 3.9km at an average of 6'44 per kilometer, that seems OK. I tried to go a bit quicker on the last minute again and the graph on the app shows a little peek to prove I wasn't kidding myself.
I happy with my runs this week and I'm actually looking forward to week 8.
