Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going, sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If your a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

Wishing you all a happy healthy week.

RFCx.

Just a quiet week this week. Looking forward to getting back to some sort of structure.

Only just found this forum. Did C25K. It took 12 weeks to finish and I'm still not running 5k yet but still running 3 times a week.

Did week 9, run 1 on Tuesday night - nearly there!

Carrying around 10 extra pounds through Christmas excess but I'll get stuck into that from 1st January.

Seem to have picked up yet another cough/cold virus..........off to the doc this afternoon (when I had hoped to be out running week 8 run 2). Depending on what they say, I may go out later........I hope!

Three runs this last week..very early... not too far... one 5K and two 3 K.. plus huge amounts of walking most days! With small one in pram!

I think I will be glad when I can settle into a more gentle routine... :) But.. the runs are great for mind and body x

I think that's marvellous, 11K running in a week! That's inspiring. I'm injured but feel really itchy that I can't get out. Weird how C25K does that to you, isn't it!

It is so kind of you say that :) Compared with many of our chums, it is a very small distance.. add my walks to it though.. blimey! Averaging nine miles a day with the small one.:) One morning and one afternoon!

Being on the IC is horrid... absolutely, and I know when i was on there, the sunny crisp days called to me...but, stay sensible. The runs will be there when you are healed :)
