Great fun, lots of runners dressed up! Chocolates on the finish line. Lots more runners today but I wasn't quite last to finish. My first 5k since the IC. Still slow but a PB, taking a minute and half off my last parkrun time!

Hope everyone had fun. We should be so proud of ourselves for getting out there.

Hi Pops, yes a great day all round it seems, despite the weather!

My girlie is doing well thanks! Once a week at hospital from this week! New kidney performing really well and all going great!

Myself and our son ran this morning, both at my pace but my boy paced for me, hence I was a bit quicker........but it was really hard work 😃

Our daughter and my husband walked the course, both did really well on pace and covered the best distance since each have had surgery, so a brilliant family morning!

This running malarkey is just great isn't it?
