Well that's me just completed w9r3. It was a struggle but I think that had a lot to do with me having a big lunch and running on a still full stomach! Anyway I'm very pleased to be here - never thought for a minute I could do it. Just need to keep running now and make 5k. (Doing just over 4k just now). Oh and how do I graduate? :))
