Me and aliboo70 sprinting for the line at the chilly hilly. She got the nod on the line , mind you all the timekeepers were women and were shouting "Come on Ali , get him" . I must admit her sprint technique looks pretty good in this photo.

Well, Ali is looking very strong there Paul. A mate was telling me her husband waited for her near the finish line to cross it together and she just shot past and left him standing- so beware the girls!

Well we agreed to cross the line together and around 200 metres from the end Ali told me to slow down a bit then took me by surprise 50m from the end . Thats the second time this has happened. I'm on my guard now!

Abominable Snowman on the 27th then no more races til ryde harriers cross country which is end of jan I think? Will still be running tho. Marathon training starts new year. I've entered Dorchester in May
