Completed the 5 mile Rudolph Run along the prom at Southend well more Shoeburyness.

Was a beautiful sunny day.

And mince pie and medal at the finish

Congratulations on a good time. From what i know of it I should think that's a very nice run - provided it's not too windy!

Cooling breeze on the way out but nothing in final stretch so got a bit warm.
