Yesterday i began my last week after 6 days off only 1 runs to go, although i only go slow i can now run for 30 mins, and realise its mind over matter or stubborness lol

Well done - the fact that you 'only' go slow will have something to do with it too - you've built up your stamina in a good way.
Slow is still one heck of a lot faster than 'Couch'
Savour that graduation run. When I think back on mine I cannot for the life of me remember how far/fast I ran though I bet at the time I knew to within a nanosecond
What I remember vividly though is how genuinely wonderful it felt that I had achieved such a previously unimaginable thing
