Done this beautiful sunny morning x gorgeous day to run. funnily found second 10 minutes easier than the first x have got stretching exercises from the podiatrist as it's a problem with my muscles /tendons being too short and tight x got to get them stretched out and more flexible. luckily it's not putting an end to the running x going to leave 2 rest days before run 3, the big 25 minutes!!!

Go you!

Stretching is our friend. I'vr not been to a doctor or anything, but have been self medicating with stretches from the interwebs and they seem to be helping my minor aches and psins.

Well done :)

Glad you have found a solution to your problem - keep stretching!

I've nearly got rid of my cough, so hope to be back out again very soon!

Well done! Great run. I think your second 10 minutes may have felt easier because you had got into your stride! Good luck with your next run! Don't forget we're running "virtually" beside you! 😀🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻👏🏻👏🏻
