Started week 4 this week, but didn't manage to complete the run. Have been completing week 3 ok, though its been really hard for me. The jump is running times between week 3 and 4 does seem very big for me.
Was determined to not feel that I had failed as I didn't expect to be able to do it (maybe that's partly why I didn't achieve it) but do a little.
Doing a run again tomorrow, question is do I repeat week 3 a few more times or keep trying week 4 and do as much as I can of it each time until I can do it all?
Thanks in advance x

I think you must move on to week 4. You have completed week three and the programme has you ready for week 4.
There is a huge psychological aspect to the programme alongside the running. So you now need to have faith in yourself and stopping doubting what you can do!
Go for it runner, if we can do it then so can you! Let us know how it goes !😀🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻
Slow and steady. The mind is far harder to crack than the body. Your body is ready for this, your mind may tell you otherwise, but I know that you can do it, so go on to week 4!
Yes I'd go on with week 4 but try going slower, a gentle jog. It's not really speed that's important at that stage so go as slow as you need to keep going. Look forward to hearing how you get on.
Thank you for the great advice. I had been advised to go slower before but had forgotten already! I tried again armed with the advice and a more positive attitude and I did it! The second five mins was hard, but nothing worth having is easy is it? Feeling awesome now!
