Good luck at the podiatrist Linda_pink

If your body is screaming at you to stop, you may be going too fast. If you start slowly you should have a little left for the end of your run (even though it feels tough). You still have a walk break in W6 R2 so start it slowly and hopefully recover quickly during your walk break ready for the second run. If you are getting to 3k at this stage you are covering quite a lot of ground. Go easy on yourself. Hope your foot problem is sorted easily.😊xx

A lot of people struggle with W6R1 after the euphoria of W5R3. You did well to keep going though. Well done!
