Treadmill just arrived early Xmas prezzie from my better half. Love running along the canals close to my home 🏡 but can't go before work as too dark and want to keep up my running 🏃. Going to try w3 r 1 again .

I got myself one as well for this winter. We should compare notes after a while about what works and what doesn't on the old dreadmill.

Yes think I need a week or 2 to read the manual , went for a dkn ecorun didn't want a huge machine in the conservatory lol 🏃🏻

And we need some nasty weather. The last couple of weeks have been glorious, so I haven't had much chance to use mine. But that's ok.

Well done for being so dedicated! Perhaps you could still go running outside on weekends if you get a chance as it sounds lovely to run along the canals and there really is nothing as good as running outside.
