So I was in the Coop tonight after mum-taxi duties. I was buying some wine with a view to having something to look forward to after the run I'd planned. As I stood in the queue I was thinking how cold and tired I was and that I'd maybe just skip the run and go straight to wine, bath and book. But then I noticed the song that was playing through the shop's sound system.

I love moments like that, when the universe aligns to give us a little nudge along our path. My moment was when 'Born to Run' came on my playlist just after I'd completed my graduation run! Bet the wine, bath and book combination was even sweeter after a run!
