Seems only polite to tell everyone that I managed to finish W9R3 tonight... It was quite nice weather wise when I left home and indeed when I left the car - of course it then hammered down with rain shortly afterwards - on the plus side there was a gorgeous rainbow on the run back to the car. Anyway no real problems and managed 5K in 28 mins...

I did really want to say thank you to everyone for their support and encouragement, it's been made much easier knowing so many have completed the programme beforehand.

Anyway - thanks all, it's been brill - now to work out what to do next - I can't let my new running shoes go to waste!

Well done you, you should be very proud of yourself !! That is an amazing achievement especially in the rain, it would have been very easy to put it off until another day. Congrats on graduating ;-)

YAY! Well done. You have far too much new running kit to let it go to waste. 10K next?

You can still cheer me along on our Friday night runs until I finish too ...... 'runs,' who'd have thought I'd be saying that a few weeks ago :o)

Well done!!!! I saw yesterday that there are post graduation podcasts. As I'm only just starting, I haven't looked at them.

This madness much be catching. I did Week 9 : 2 this morning starting at 5.15am in the rain! Graduate on Saturday - whoopey doo.

Congratulations to you and would love to know what you are going to do next to keep on top of the world. That's the next challenge with various options being muted by different people.

Your speed is amazing from a tortoise runner but one that has managed to keep going from the 1 minute getting longer / 2 minutes shorter to 30 mins continuous.
