Didnt run at all last week, I was working everyday some 10 hour days, my husband was isolating due to be a close contact to a positive work mate, so a really mixed bag last week with an over riding feeling of exhaustion
Had to force myself out today, really didnt fancy it. Thought I'd take an easier option and just do 20 minutes.
Super slow, as always, took 10 minutes to settle in, but when I got to 20 I surprisingly felt ok, more than ok, so ok that I carried for 40 minutes. Never run that long before, I'm amazed and thrilled
Happy hump day everyone π
