It felt great. I was apprehensive about a single long run without walking again but kept slow (slower than normal!) and felt fine. Week 7 starts on Thursday

Well done what a great achivement, just remeber a 20 min run is a 20 min run dosen't make how fast or slow its still 20 mins, good luck for wk 7 ::))
