I completed week 4 but have had a 2 week break as it's been too hot on my Australian holiday. Flying home today so where do I begin to get going again.? Any suggestions please, I am a bit heavier now as well πŸ˜‚πŸŒπŸŸπŸ”πŸ°πŸ¨πŸͺ🍩!!

I hope you had a wonderful time in Australia! I would repeat week 4 if I were you.

I went on a 2 week cruise after week 7 run 1 and came back half a stone heavier. When I got back I did that same run again. I didn't manage it (and I didn't expect to), so I repeated it 3 more times before on the 4th go I got to the end. I saw it as practice runs for getting back into the swing of things. Then I carried on moving forward through the podcasts. It might take a run or two but you'll get back into it.
