Week 9,Run 2

In wet/damp conditions, another minute off my time :) Slowed when I needed to,upped it when I needed to. In twilight but when the school kids are on their way home so a touch semi conscious.

Still,26 training runs since Week 1,Run 1 - just one to go and in good shape :-)
