Completed yesterday. Have also been eating healthily alongside the running and have managed to lose 1lb this week. Very happy with that as it's in the right direction.

Running and weight loss! A marriage made in heaven. I literally ran my ar*e off, and my bellies. You have to eat healthily too, so keep up the good work.
A pound a week is really a good amount to aim for. No more needed. It has to be gradual. You're more likely to keep it off. This Friday I will have kept the lard off for 6 years!
Yes, you do tone up! Just be careful. Don't do too much too soon. Just keep going steadily. You get stronger as you progress, but it's like weight loss, it has to be a gradual process. I think the more patient you are the more likely you will be to succeed and keep going. I go to WW class most weeks - have done for coming up 6 years - and that helps me keep focussed. It's where I found out about C25k!
