Hi everybody, I hope that you all have a good day today.

I have just cooled down from W5R2. The run went really well, its the first time i've wrapped up and I was actually comfortable even though it was blowing a hoolie.

I am still managing to run in the dry, although the roads were wet as there was a storm last night.

I'm off to work now, so all the best.
