Week 5 all done, including run 3 which i was dreading, although all my runs have been on the track, so not to aggrevate my knee. so a few fist pumps and i had done it.Week 6 here i come ready or not

Well done the dreaded 20 mins !!!! It's such a feeling isn't it .... Longer runs get you into a rhythm
