Returning to health unlocked after a long absence mainly due to a period of not being too well, but thats all in the past now. So tomorrow will be day one of couch to 5k. my aim is to complete a 10k in Glasgow ( may 17 ) with my daughter for cancer research in memory of my dad. Wish me luck. : ))
