Week 1 complete woohoo! Now time for week 2πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ Feeling very motivated which is a plus! Even at the healthy eating part. Little bit nervous as i start new job and dont want ridiculous hours that will get in the way of this! It will all work out though & be worth it. Has anyone actually found that c25k helps them to lose weight?

I read yesterday that someone had already lost a stone

I lost an extra stone when I began running regularly but it was alongside eating healthily and walking much more. I literally ran my ar*e off 😊

Good luck! go very steady. Slow is fine ☺

I've lost 10lb so far and am about to start week 5. A lot has been down to sensible healthy eating and reducing portion sizes but the running has also helped a lot.

Good luck with it.

Slow and steady and see what happens.. you will get to Graduation, you will feel better and be leaner and meaner..( in a good way)... tightened and toned... maybe the weight will come off, loads of folk do lose weight with this... who knows.

But you will feel fitter and having a great time too! Keep posting :)

Ahhh well done - we're both at the same place! I don't know about weight loss as I'm at the same place but I feel like my belly and back chub is going 'in'.
