Not sure if I can write it on here but my young son completed the c25k last night and graduated, I'm so proud of him because he was not doing any exercise what so ever and I've managed to get him off his computer game and talked him into doing the c25k with me, his job being a desk job weren't helping his weight and fitness but now he is a different person altogether and much fitter. He barely had to repeat any run oh! to be young. He wants to repeat the c25k again which I'm doing myself. I've told him to join the community here but he passed on that one. lol
I'm going to purchase him the badge and t.shirt might as well get me one too so that I can wear the t.shirt and keep me motivated.
Best wishes to all who are running the c25k keep up the good work.
