Starting week 5 on Monday. Completed r3w4 this morning. Still a sweaty, red faced, puffing mess at the end. But, at least we're all out there doing it rather than sitting on our backsides! Grin firmly on face. Good weekend all of you!

No shame in getting hot and sweaty. Embrace your red face. It's in fashion! I certainly have one post run and I'm sure everyone else here does. It goes with the territory.
