Well Wk7 took a little longer than I planned. I did 3 runs and the third one was just one of those that was pure pleasure. Then I got an ear infection again and had to stop for a day or two. Actually, with other things too I ended up having 4 rest days, and some of you know what I'm going to say next!
" Would I still be able to run for 25mins after all those days off?"
So I did another Wk 7 run just in case. And guess what! I would and I did :-). It was a little slower, but once I got through the first 5 minutes and into a rhythm (of sorts) I found that I could keep going. Bit of a talking to around 15 minutes and imagined some of you guys running alongside and there we went until Laura said I could stop. So I think Wk 8 - I am ready for you :-).
Thanks to everyone and Laura for continued encouragement and support.

The four day rest must have done you good. I think it takes several weeks to loose a bit of fitness and months to loose it all, so you'll be fine after 4 or even 5 or 6 days. Graduation is in sight so stomp on the negative gremlins
Thank you. That's good to know. And yes, I do keep shutting up the little devils. I still have to keep checking that this IS me that can run for 25 mins and then can do it again!
