My My week 7 is a tough one for me, managed the 25mins runs only just though, however once I've finished and stretched I feel I could do more. one more run then onto wk 8. One thing I have noticed is I don't ache two days after my run like I used to.

It's great isn't it, that feeling of being FIT. That's what it is - you are recovering quicker, your body is responding to all the hard work you've done. Weeks 8 and 9 are in sight and the shiny new badge is waiting.

Thank you for the encouragement, not sure that I feel fit just yet, maybe fitter !! When do you get to the stage when you just run and run without thinking only 5 more minutes to go.

Speaking for myself, never! It's still a case of sometimes it works, other times it's a struggle
