Since I started c25k I have been running every other day but work/kids/bug for in the way and I haven't been able to run since Thursday last week. I felt really disappointed with myself. Anyway I put my running shoes back on tonight for the dreaded 20 minutes run non stop w5r3 and I did it!!!!
And fairly comfortable too! Not the quickest by far: average pace for the 10'walk + 20' run 8'55" max pace 7'15" but hey I would not have believed being able to run that a week ago!!
