Hello again. Am after some advice please - I get a dry, tickly throat when I exercise which is pretty irritating. It doesn't fee like I need a drink more like some sort of spray to lubricate. Basically, I'm after advice on what causes it and if there is a way of stopping it.

Thanks x

Me too! In my case it is due to breathing through my mouth while I run. I have tried to breathe through my nose, but I just don't get enough air! Must have small nostrils! Small sips of water does the trick for me.

My mouth gets so dry when i run because i breathe through my mouth. I never run without a piece of gum in my mouth to keep things moist. Without it I have actually coughed so much that i almost threw up. Might be worth a try.
