... as I have just found out! It started over the weekend and I was feeling grotty for a couple of days at the start of the week so didn't run - feeling a bit better today, so started off on Week 5 Run 1 (finished Week 4 on Sunday) - only to find that breathing wasn't great, even at a lower pace than normal. So I just did a bit of gentle jogging to get me home and left it at that.... now, the question is do I go back and do Week 4 again, or do I go up to Week 5 and keep trying the first run? I'm tempted to do the latter, but it might depend on how long this lingers on......

I too have a mild cold this week....
Not enough to be man flu and to stay at home in bed but enough to sleep 10 hours last night!
When Irecover I will repeat a couple of week 4 again before progressing onto week 5.
It isnt a race to graduate....
If youfeel you need to do week 4 or even week 3 day 3 first and then a week 4 run then do so.
