On serious note, try changing the pace or add extra day of rest.
Put your faith in yourself and the programme. You have got this far so you have done the hardest part, now it's about building on your previous hard work. You could try a different route, that worked for me but doesn't work for all. If you do, choose an easy flat route as a treat. Good luck, you are so nearly there 👍🏼😃
One big tip: look how far you've come already! Slow it down, don't set out thinking it's going to be equally tough as sometimes, it's just not a great day for running for whatever reason and we struggle more than we'd like to. I still do and it's been nearly a year since I started C25K. But you're progressing, you're getting out there and that's a lot to celebrate. Good luck and keep us posted

One of the things we have to accept is that some days are better than others. Having said that you did week 5 and have done two runs of w6 so you can do r3. Just take it slow and steady. good luck
