Trust in the programme, you are ready for it. 😄

I ran W5R3 so slowly I was practically stationary. The programme has been building up to it, you have put the work in and you can do it! Good luck!

Slow is good - start out slow then slow down some more - you will make it!

I was just the same at the thought of this run, I was convinced I couldn't do it. But with the encouraging words of people on the forum ringing in my ears I gave it a go. It wasn't easy, but I did it! It's possibly the most elated I've been after a run so far, I literally jumped punching the air! So trust Laura, keep it slow and go for it! Let us know how you get on x

No matter how slow you think you are just try and go slower, don't panic, and think of us all cheering you on...

Just start really slow then as you feel more confident your legs may just speed up a bit. It's mind over matter this one but you can so absolutely do it

It's running, not major surgery 😊 if you go nice and slow you'll be fine

Have fun! C25k is the best thing you'll ever do ☺

Come on! 💪We're right behind you

You really can do it you know! You have done the prep for it and the programme works! Good luck and enjoy!

Of course you can do it! If you can last ten minutes, you can last twenty. Split it into small chunks - it's easier when you tell yourself huge porkies. "Just run up to that tree", then "now just up to that car", "just up to that old man pretending that he hasn't seen his dog crapping on the pavement..." You'll be surprised how fast it goes. It's not about running fast, it's about running. If you're not walking and not standing still, that's what you're doing - and we all run faster than we believe. Go for it, and report back!

W5 r3 is the best, not saying it's easy, but you'll be on such a high when you've finished it. As everyone says, take it slowly, you WILL do it.

BTW, is anyone else in love with Laura or is it just me?
