Nailed the magical 5k 😊😊😊

This morning as I was setting out on my run I thought I would try for the magical and mystical 5k that I've never quite managed to reach so far. I was feeling pretty good so I thought here goes.... I was so chuffed at the end when my watch said I had done 5k, mind you the last few minutes felt like forever! My time was 39 minutes. When I got back and looked in my notebook I saw the date that I started with this crazy thing they call running and it was exactly 5 months ago. Can't believe I have got here, back then I had trouble running for the bus! LOVE c25k xxxx
