I've just finished my first Parkrun in 42.18. I walked more than I thought I would, but I'm asthmatic and getting over a cold, so my chest is a bit tight. Really pleased with myself! Came in 307th!!!

Very well done, Parkrun is wonderful and completely non-judgemental - some people do it in 15mInutes, some take 60 minutes, it doesn't matter one bit. I bet you're hooked now

I really enjoyed it, everyone, even the fast runners were very encouraging! Trouble is I can't go very often as I don't have a Parkrun very near home. But next time I'm on Teesside on Saturday morning I'll go along.
