So yesterday I stuck to 7 drinks over the 5 hours I was out. Takeaway and an early night so I was ready for my run today. Week 3 run 1 done, with an extra little run at the end! Set off with map my run going but forgot to turn on my gps doh! Going for new trainers Thursday so one more run in my old ones then will be put Thursday in my newly purchased brakes to complete week 3
