Well hello there week 8

Did it! W8r1. Have to confess I cheated a bit. Ran with my corgi Toffee. It was his birthday today (1 year old) and he was totally over excited. He motored along in front of me dragging me behind him. I went faster than ever before and didn't have a hope in hell of stopping. Nothing my like a bit of canine jet propulsion. Guess I've found my running mate 😁😁😁

Ahh - He's such a cutie! You'll be doing 5k in 10 mins at this rate!

lol way to go! I'm sure he enjoyed every minute of it. I love his name! He is absolutely adorable. Now you both deserve some nice quiet snuggle time. Love our fur babies.

Canine propulsion sounds great! If he keeps you going and keeps those gremlins away then sounds like the perfect running mate!

I always have my German Pointer with me when I run. He normally goes off ahead (as has the speed of a racehorse) and then waits it's quite funny if i'm taking too long to see him peeping round corners with the look that says 'come on, why so slow'?

Toffee looks like fun! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

He so beautiful. I like the idea of power assisted running ! Don't think I'll try with my new boy Peanut yet though - he's a spaniel and has no idea what a straight line is πŸ˜€ He's also discovered the mud and the dykes - it would be more like cross country combined with triathlon πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Yay well done you and well done Toffee.

I tried once with my dog. She's a borador (lab/collie). 9 months old so still full of beans Far too fast for me plus she was darting from side to side and then suddenly stopping so I gave that up as a bad job
