Hello everyone!

My name is Sylvie and I have started the couch to 5K a month ago (10/08/16) and I'm on week 4 - I am running every two days, repeating few running days as needed!

Really proud of what I have done so far and I thought I would join this group to get tips, support and motivation!

:-)

Hi Sylvie, you should be proud! Week 4 and going strong. You'll get support aplenty on here. Post after runs or before runs or just when you feel like it. There is always someone with answers to questions, help with problems and the little bit of straight talking when we need it ;) Look forward to hearing all about your progress :)
