Well so pleased to have done W5R3 tonight. I am amazed that I am now ready to start week 6 even though I end up glowing enough to light up the room when I get back! Week 6 sounds tough from all the comments posted on here though.

You'll be going back to intervals, so be prepared for it to throw you a little but it is eminently doable, especially for someone who has just nailed week 5 run 3 ☺ woo hoo!!! Well done!

Well done - that third run of week 5 is a real milestone. Week 6 is tricky - best advice is to treat it with respect and keep it slow. You'll be fine!

No, W6 is fine. The first run can be a drag because you just do not feel like running intervals again after your 20 min run. Just be prepared for itm you might need to draw on your mental reserves at times to persevere, the other runs are straight forward. Not everyone has a problem with W6R1 though, you may well breeze through it.

Hi Indiscoot. I am on wk 9 currently but wanted to say i found Wk 6 ok. I think it takes some by surprise but thete are a few of us that found it not so bad, good consolidation! I would say just try to not to go too fast and its do-able👍🏼😀.

Go for it, you are doing do well!

Don't worry about it, just get out there and follow Laura's instructions. Even if you are one of us who finds it tough, you will survive it! As Laura says, you're doing really well :) .

Amazing, W5R3 is such a big one! Well done! I think people often think going back to intervals in Week 6 will be easier but sometimes they get in the way of the rhythm so it can throw you a bit. Go slow and steady, approach it like you have done the previous runs and you'll be fine. :)
