W9R1 - big gaps between runs

Hello all! I am about to go out for Week 9 run 1, and am posting here so I actually go out and do it :)

With one thing and another I haven't been doing my 3 runs a week, and the first 8 weeks have actually taken me 3 months. But I haven't repeated any or cheated or walked when I was supposed to be running.

So I guess that's not too bad! And I haven't given up.

I started in June and others I started with finished the programme way before me - it's a personal thing but I have tried not to leave much longer than 4 days between runs as I wanted to keep building on each run......Week 9 is a great achievement - good luck with your run😀
