Hello all! I am about to go out for Week 9 run 1, and am posting here so I actually go out and do it
With one thing and another I haven't been doing my 3 runs a week, and the first 8 weeks have actually taken me 3 months. But I haven't repeated any or cheated or walked when I was supposed to be running.
So I guess that's not too bad! And I haven't given up.
