After two weeks and five days on the injury couch set out for a feedback run. Hoped to make 15 mins, did 20 and could've carried on but decided to stop while the going was good. No idea of distance as Garmin was uncharged but it was mainly quite slow (although fast enough to overtake dog walkers) with one or two punchier bits. Decided not to try and keep up with mr. superfit as it was trying to go as fast as I could for a short spell that caused the problem in the first place. But it was lovely, I'm so pleased to be back in the game and happy to stick with 15 - 20 mins for a week or two.

Happy (and safe) running, people.
