Was bit concerned today about this run. Not sure why, life's quite stressful at present and that always lowers my resilience a bit but did a new route which helped and first time looking at watch was 12 minutes so that felt good too. Sometimes the runs that I think will be tough end up being the easier ones and vice versa. On to week 9 now and can't quite believe it. Do keep getting few twinges in hip, thigh and groin but stretching plenty afterwards so hoping nothing too much is going to come of them Week 9 here I come...can just see the finishing line over on the horizon!!

Sounds like you're firing on all cylinders. Up and at 'em - just three more runs to Graduation and a shiny new badge.

Well done Beelady and only 3 runs to graduation - I got twinges in places I hadn't before in W8 & W9 and did the same as you - lots of stretching - it really helped - bring on W9 😀
