Hello folks, just found this lovely forum. Managed wk6r2 yesterday (well when I say managed, better described as a sort of rolling shuffle). Absolutely freaked by the prospect of the next run. Any tips?

Yes keep shuffling. Lol. As long as you are running / jogging you are doing great. I've graduated now but am still ever so slow. Welcome to the board, there's some lovely people here who have a wealth of knowledge, so you have come to the right place.

I have just done W6R3 and like you, I was not looking forward to it! However, I found it a lot better than I expected. You've already done the twenty minute run - and the earlier week 6 runs. A "rolling shuffle" sounds pretty good to me. Good luck!
