Thank you to each and everyone of you lovely people, yes you are all lovely, kind and very supportive people not just for me but for every runners who comes for support and encouragement you are all always at the ready to give it unconditionally, I'm so glad I came across the c25k by chance mind.

Yes I do feel proud and still getting my head around how I can run for 30 minutes none stop, I remember dying for just the 60 second run and thought it cannot be possible to run 30 minutes without stopping but I was wrong I believe if I can so can anyone who are starting the c25k.

I got my son to film my graduation run, I shall keep watching it to remind me this is just the beginning.
