So yes I have now completed Week 1. I actually found today's run much easier than Thursday's one. Don't know why, just one of those things I think. Managed to find a route with only one gentle incline while running (although of course my whole cool down is uphill walking to get home. With an extra 10 mins added too 😂).
Looking forward to starting week 2 on Monday.
