Couch to 5K

Wk 5 R3 done :)

did R2 on Weds and R3 after work today with some colleagues, we all feel brill :)

I sometimes go out on my own and find I tend to speed up and get out of puff but when i'm running with the workies its at a slower pace and we have a better warm up - we have always had a warm up run, usually the Wk before's run out as been sitting at a desk all day, so tonight we did Wk4 out to loosen up then Wk 5 R3 back.

Looking forward to W6 R1 although it seems a bit strange to have shorter runs again after doing 20 mins

Well done! I am finding week 6 strange - did R2 yesterday and found it tough. I'm looking forward to seeing how I get on with the 22 mins tomorrow.


Well done for completing Week Run 3 , a fantastic achievement !

Week 6 can be a toughie as it is back to the intervals , but keep doing what you've been doing so far .
