To the runner I just passed: is Laura in your headphones too?

Hi everyone, as a graduate running 5k a few times a week, running is now a core part of my lifestyle and I love it! The other day I was running in my local park and wondered if the other runners had Laura in their headphones also. Do you ever wonder if the runner you just passed is doing couch to 5k too? Wouldn't it be great if there was a way for us to acknowledge other 'C25K-goers' and know that we're all sharing this great journey together!

Yes, I remember when I was doing the programme seeing someone walking uphill, looking like she was struggling a bit, then she started to run. I thought there must have been a reason why she started again on that steep bit, I bet it was that tyrant Laura!

I remember writing a similar post some time ago suggesting that we develop a secret hand signal to exchange with other runners in the C25K club.

Well, within a few hours it had turned very risqué- as you can imagine with the folk we have on here! Idea promptly abandoned!

Me too, I always wonder that! I wish we could recognise each other. I always want to high five or thumbs up to other runners but I don't want to be patronising!

Well done for keeping up the 5ks, sounds like you're doing great!
