Well, that was kind of shattering. I was struggling by the 10 minute mark, and by the end of it more repeatedly falling forwards than actually running. But I did it! And promptly started hyperventilating, and my other half had to talk me out of an asthma attack.

Week 5 Run 3 - the biggest and scariest of the lot - and there it is tucked safely under your belt! Well done!!! Hmmm, don't know anything about asthma so can't advise but do take it easy. Meanwhile, bask in the glory of week 5 run 3 IN THE BAG! :)

Had a run like that yesterday apart from the HV, some days are like that - but you finished! ☺Well done us Runners 😁
