W1R1, I spent half my time wondering how long until 60 seconds was up, and cursing how short a 90 second walk was. W5R3 and I can't believe I've just run for 20 minutes. I know lots of you do more, and regularly, and about 5 times as fast, but I am amazed! For anyone else out there who's feeling fat, forty-something and chronically unfit, we can do this!

That run will always stick in my mind as it was then I really thought 30 minutes was really possible.

All your hard work is paying off. Congratulations 😊😊

Excellent, well done! It’s a milestone I remember, and will have to do it again soon after ending up on the IC without completing the plan. The thought still makes me nervous 😆

This gives me inspiration. I’ve downloaded the app. But nervous to commit even to the first run, thinking I’m going to be rubbish! Will definitely try today! 👍

My first week I was counting the sixty seconds in my head and wondering if they'd ever end :)

I felt the same as you on week one and still can’t believe I have completed all of the runs! I’m still doing the 30 mins runs three times a week, it’s a bit of a comfort blanket! I’m wanting to build on it but work is really busy this time of year so sticking with what I know! Well done for how far you’ve come! X

I am at the same stage, W5R3 done Sunday and like you at at weeks 1 and 2 I could not ever believe I would be able to run for 20 minutes non stop (ever, let alone in 5 weeks!!). At 58, fat, unfit and not run since school it has amazed me at my progress and if I can do it, anyone can. Good luck.

I did w5 run 2 today and cried so if I manage run 3 I may look like a mad woman in the gym.

You can be so so proud of yourself. I am also super slow and nearly died trying to complete week 1! But it’s amazing what our bodies can do when our minds let it!!!
