Post c25k run done. Followed the stepping stone podcast. Found it ok.

Yeay.. and how was that... ? Lots of folk find it odd.. me included... I had to do funny little dance steps to keep the pace.. did it three times over a week then moved onto Speed.. LOVED that... :)

I have done stepping stones twice and quite like it. I like running to the rhythm. Did you?

Like a lot of people here I prefered Stamina, not quite sure why... I like Stepping Stones, but not quite so much. I lurve me a bit of Speed - it's hard but it's short, gives me a massive high - give it a go!
