Not been around for a while....
Hi Cath, this is so spooky !
I just came across one of your old posts the other day and wondered how you were getting on !
Congratulations on completing the programme, make sure you ask for your Graduates Badge ( Blue pinned posts on the right , August Graduation Badge 2016 )
Nice to hear from you again , Happy Running ! xxx
Yeay! Hi there.. been wondering where you were?
Glad you are still running... brilliant!... Where is your badge ? Go get it girl, it has been waiting
Hi Oldfloss ! Have applied for the badge. Had this weird idea that because I have not contributed to the forum for a while that I did not "deserve" it. I can be silly sometimes ;P How are things with you?
So silly.. yes, you are.. of course you deserve it.. you did it!!!!
I am fine thanks... up to mad antics as usual, rambles. poems and generally annoying everyone on here:)...l and off to France tomorrow... running by the River Vezere is on the cards!!! Very early morning runs though, as it will be hot...
Are you still running three times a week too ?
I always enjoyed your ramblings and look forward to reading more of them. Yes, still running 3 times a week as I am in training for a 10k in November. I am still really slow though lol.
Have a wonderful time in France, pics please or it didn't happen! ;P
Hi, great to hear you are still running. We've a whole bevy of imminent graduates due to complete this week.
Badge looks good!
I am worried in case the Graduation podium cannot take it...
On the bright side, we are all hopefully getting a little slimmer (those of us who need to) so there should be room for a few more x
Good to hear from you. Sounds like your running is going great. It will be nice and cool in Nov for your 10k.
Have been wondering where you got to - I thought you'd fallen off the programme! Congratulations.
I'm coming to terms with life after graduation but have just done my first 5k+ speed session and really enjoyed it.
Are you using any podcasts etc as you run - got any tips to share?!
Congratulations on your graduation! I am not using a podcast and am rather enjoying running without the encumbrance of my phone. I don't really have any tips as such except that I find running with a goal in mind helpful. I am following a 3 day training program found online for the 10k. At the moment I still really need to get my speed up or I'll still be going when they start putting away all the gates ;P
